Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 hour after submission (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
Order same day shipping "cut-off" is 2:30 Central Time

We primarily ship via UPS to provide reliable service and competitive rates.
Economy Shipping generally takes 3-4 business days for delivery.
PO Box Addresses: Only USPS Standard or Expedited Shipping is available. Any other shipping method may result in a return to sender.

Tracking information will be sent to you via email when your order ships.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please wait 5 business days before contacting us at:

Stolen packages are not the responsibility of SightLine Medical, LLC, Paul Vision Institute or ocusourcedirect.com. We recommend contacting your carrier or local authorities.

Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, closed on weekends and major holidays. This may affect processing and shipping schedules.
