Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 hour after submission (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Order same day shipping "cut-off" is 2:30 Central Time

Shipping Rates

  • Single Bottle shipping rate is $11.00
  • 3-Month Supply Shipping is FREE

Shipping Methods

  • We primarily ship via UPS to provide reliable service and competitive rates.
  • Economy Shipping generally takes 3-4 business days for delivery.
  • PO Box Addresses: Only USPS Standard or Expedited Shipping is available. Any other shipping method may result in a return to sender.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking information will be sent to you via email when your order ships.
  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please wait 5 business days before contacting us at:

  • For packages lost in transit, please contact us for further assistance.
  • Stolen packages are not the responsibility of SightLine Medical, LLC, Paul Vision Institute or ocusourcedirect.com. We recommend contacting your carrier or local authorities.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot update the address. Contact the carrier directly for any changes:

    • FedEx: 1-800-463-3339
  • Neither SightLine Medical, LLC, nor Paul Vision Institute is not responsible for incorrectly addressed orders and cannot issue refunds or replacements in such cases.

  • Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Fridayclosed on weekends and major holidays. This may affect processing and shipping schedules.
